Supply of whole genome sequencing of two plant samples with trimmed and good quality 80 GB data (Q30) in each sample, followed by comparison of data, polymorphism search of their position in the genome, Gene annotation and other analysis as per instructions. The cost must include GST and the carrying cost of plant samples from the field to the servicing laboratory, using dry ice, until sufficient high-quality DNA is extracted for WGS. |
